ABSTRACT

In order to make the shared traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) pharmacy develop more efficiently and normatively at the grass-roots level, using the “shared TCM pharmacy” as the retrieval word, this paper uses the literature research method to retrieve the reports, documents and policies from CNKI, the websites of people’s governments at all levels, the official websites of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, people.com, China News Network, Xinhua News and other platforms before May 20, 2022, sort out the development mode and history of two “Internet plus” TCM pharmacies, namely “shared TCM pharmacies” and “smart TCM pharmacies”, and compare them with each other. Combined with the actual work of community hospitals and community service centers (stations), the necessity and advantages (such as reducing the costs of the intermediate links of drug circulation and standardizing the grass-roots drug use process) of the development of “shared TCM pharmacy” are obtained from the perspective of primary medical care. Combined with the current situation of the promotion and application of shared TCM pharmacy in county medical communities, it is concluded that the shared TCM pharmacy should be further constructed from four aspects: improving the work process of drug centralized procurement under the background of normalization, improving the compatibility and synchronization of the whole process dispensing information system module, unifying pharmaceutical services and personnel training, defining the authority of data query and clarifying the boundaries of patient privacy to further build a shared TCM pharmacy. Finally, it integrates information technology, summarizes the definition of shared TCM pharmacy and its future construction direction, and provides reference for the next development of shared TCM pharmacy at the grass-roots level.

ABSTRACT

Medical imaging technology course has the characteristics of strong professionalism, complicated content to understand, and quickly updated knowledge. In traditional teaching mode, it takes teachers a lot of time to prepare lessons, and the teaching tools are limited like only taking use of blackboard, model and wall maps, which not only makes teaching content boring but also hardly stimulates students' initiative. Teaching reform of medical imaging technology courses from the perspective of "Internet Plus-based teaching and diagnosis reform" involves teaching content, teaching concept, teaching mode, teaching evaluation and experiments, etc., in which computer-aided teaching, flipped classroom, micro-course and high-quality resource-sharing course are used to increase experimental content, reform experimental teaching methods, and create "real-situation" experimental environment as well as other teaching diagnosis and reform measures, aiming to explore a new teaching pattern that meets the development of students majoring in medical imaging technology and the demand for social talents.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the level of pharmaceutical care in hospitals and promoting the continuous transformation and upgrading of O 2O pharmaceutical care mode in medical institutions in China. METHODS :Using “Internet”“Network”“O2O”“Pharmaceutical care ”“Medication education ”“Chronic disease management ”“Medication consultation ” “Science popularization and education ”as keywords ,related literatures were collected from CNKI ,VIP,Wanfang and other Chinese databases during Jan. 2012-Mar. 2020. The development process ,characteristics, service content ,advantages and disadvantages of O 2O pharmaceutical care mode in China were analyzed and summarized ,and relevant suggestions were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :O2O pharmaceutical care in Chinese hospitals covers prescription review and dispensing , drug distribution ,medication consultation after visiting ,medication education ,chronic disease management ,science popularization and education ,pharmacy clinic ,etc.,realizing the whole process of closed-loop management. At present ,O2O pharmaceutical care in Chinese hospital had gradually moved from stage 1.0 to stage 2.0. Artificial intelligence technology has also been widely integrated into all aspects of pharmaceutical care ,assisting hospital pharmacists to better practice the “patient-centered”service concept, not only improving the quality and value of pharmacists ’pharmaceutical care more efficiently and accurately ,but also promoting the sinking of high-quality pharmaceutical resources and serving the grassroots. O2O pharmaceutical care shows the advantage of optimizing the allocation of pharmaceutical care resources ,expanding the scope of pharmaceutical care ,improving the relationship between doctors and patients ,diverting patients with different needs ,and promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. However, there are still some problems ,such as the failure to effectively cover rural patients ,the risk of patient privacy leakage , and the lack of special quality management standards ,which hinder the further development and improvement of scale advantage of O2O pharmaceutical care. It is suggested to further improve the pharmaceutical care function of the platform ,expand the consumer population, promulgate relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible ,carry out continuing education and training for pharmacists according to the needs of patients in grassroots areas ,establish and improve relevant laws and regulations ,and improve O 2O pharmaceutical care quality management standards, so as to promote the development of O 2O pharmaceutical care mode in the hospital in China.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To evaluate the effect of the "Interner Plus-based AIDS Comprehensive Prevention Service System" among MSM in Guangzhou, during 2010-2017, using a dynamic compartmental model.@*Methods@#A dynamic compartmental model was developed to describe the HIV situation among MSM in Guangzhou. This model was parameterized on data from published literature or surveillance programs from the Guangzhou CDC. The Matlab 7.0 software was used for coding and analysis on collected data. HIV prevalence was analyzed among MSM under the status quo data and estimated the impact by the "Internet Plus" AIDS prevention services project.@*Results@#HIV prevalence would have increased to 22.75% in 2017, and the total number of new HIV infections would have been 11 038, from 2010 to 2017, using the data status quo. Under the Guangzhou "Internet Plus" AIDS prevention services project, the prevalence of HIV among MSM from 2010 to 2017 was estimated to be 8.44%, 9.68%, 10.65%, 11.34%, 11.73%, 11.83%, 11.71% and 11.43% in Guangzhou, which were similar to the surveillance data. The total number of new infections in the past 8 years under the "Internet Plus" scenario was estimated to be 4 009. The "Internet Plus" program would have prevented 7 029 (63.68%) new infections during 2010-2017 as compared to the number, status quo.@*Conclusions@#The fitting result of dynamic compartmental model seemed more reasonable, which was applicable to predict HIV epidemic among MSM in Guangzhou, suggesting that the increase of HIV prevalence had been curbed since the "Internet Plus" project which was launched in 2010, and the "Interner Plus-based AIDS Comprehensive Prevention Service System" had achieved the purpose as planned, epidemiologically.
